Executive Chairman

Mr. Kuan Kam Hon
From the beginning, Mr Kuan felt the need to bring greater care to more people in emerging countries. He has a strong will to do things to help society for the greater good.
As Executive Chairman, Mr. Kuan drives Mun’s business, strategy and operations, developing the company’s interests in emerging markets and local industries around the world by always driving for quality, consistency, reliability and excellent service.
In the late 60s, Mr. Kuan’s career begin in property development, specialising in upper-class residential units. Later, in 1978, he founded a textiles company that pioneered in the manufacture of woven labels and badges. In 1981, with considerable experience from innovating weaving processes, he formed Hartalega to make premium quality latex gloves for medical markets.
Mr. Kuan’s vision is always to manufacture high quality products, and he established a set of management values that encouraged care, quality, creativity and innovation, selecting only the highest skilled, most passionate people to work with the company – values that endure to this day at Mun.

Mr. Kuan Mun Leong
Kuan Mun Leong serves as Director of Mun, a subsidiary of Hartalega, where he brings over two decades of engineering and executive leadership to advance healthcare solutions. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Mun Leong is known for his strategic vision and innovative approach to meeting today’s complex healthcare needs. Under his leadership, Mun continually sets new standards in occupational health and safety by delivering high-quality gloves and essential medical products, positioning the company as a trusted provider of tailored healthcare solutions worldwide.

Mr. Kuan Mun Keng
Kuan Mun Keng is a Director at Mun, where he combines extensive expertise in business strategy, sales, and operational management. With dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business (Accounting) and Computing from Monash University, Australia, and as a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia, Mun Keng has a well-rounded perspective on commercial operations. Known for aligning company functions with customer needs, he brings a strategic approach to delivering market-responsive solutions, reinforcing Mun’s role as a leader in innovative healthcare solutions.
