This is reflected in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies and practices of our parent company, Hartalega. Our workforce is required to abide by strict ethical standards that are clearly set out in our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy.

Our Whistleblowing Policy and Procedure enables employees to report any possible non-compliance without fear of reprisal. To safeguard the anonymity of whistleblowers, the Policy allows reports to be lodged to an independent third-party outsourced service provider (“Deloitte Halo”), either via email to hartalega@tipoffs.com.my or the Hartalega Speak Up website, available in the following languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Burmese, Bengali and Nepali.
